Online Entry Forms

Online Entry Process for Livestock, Horses, Poultry, Rabbits, Cavies

  • All entries must be completed through this online process.
  • Entry Deadline is Friday, September 8, 2023 at 5:00 pm
  • Final check-in will be completed in person at the fair.
  • Schedule of check in dates & times is within the Rogers County Fair Book on page 3-4 and on our Events.
  • NEW THIS YEAR - please follow the links below to the entry process. The forms are quick to fill out. 
  • When completing the animal species entry forms fill in the animal or showmanship information as requested.
  • Each Species entry process is separate with its own link below.  They all include several pages - make sure you proceed all the way to the last page to ensure your entry is complete and processed.

ATTENTION:

  • Important premium sale information is included on the entry forms for premium sale eligible animals.  Please follow these instructions

This is a 2 phase process:

(1) Exhibitor Form - each exhibitor fills out this form one time.  The form has all of the exhibitor info (name, address, phone, responses to acknowledgements).  This info will be shared with all species superintendents.

(2) Each Species Entry Form - these forms will be filled out for each animal an exhibitor will be showing and each showmanship contest they will be entering.  Please enter one animal or showmanship entry per submission.

Example: Johnny is showing a steer, a dairy heifer and a jr. breeding doe + he is doing beef and goat showmanship. 

What does he need to do?  He will fill out the following: the exhibitor form, a beef entry form (steer), a dairy entry form (heifer), and a goat entry form (doe).  He will also do another beef form for showmanship entry and another goat form for showmanship entry. He will get a confirmation email for each entry he submits.

Then what happens? On September 8th  when entries close, his exhibitor info and his
animal entry forms will be sent to the beef, dairy and goat superintendents. His
showmanship entry forms go to the beef and goat superintendents.

Anything else? Yes, Johnny needs to check www.rogerscountyfair.com on the Competitions & Exhibits page for other forms he may need to fill out and submit. For instance: academic eligibility (7th – 12th grade), photo release (all exhibitors), CN Livestock App (Cherokee tribal members showing premium sale eligible animals) etc Please review the available forms and complete the ones that apply to you.
