9:00am: Judging begins in Exhibit Building 12 Noon: Livestock Allowed in the Barns. No animals allowed until this time. 3:00 pm-7:00 pm: Commercial Booth Set-Up. 6:00pm: Sheep & Meat Goats in Place 6:00-8:00pm: Sheep & Meats Goats Weigh-In & Entry 9:00: (Exhibitors Must Vacate by 9:15 pm)

Entries should be pre-entered online. All entries must be in place between 8:00 AM and 11:59 AM. Wednesday absolutely NO entries will be accepted in any class after that time.     please see more rules and details in the fair book.

ONLINE ENTRY DATE DEADLINE: August 29, 2025 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm: All Exhibits Entered, except Livestock & Flowers 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm: FFA Agriscience Project Display Setup
