Flower Entry
Entries should be pre-entered online. All entries must be in place between 8:00 AM and 11:59 AM. Wednesday absolutely NO entries will be accepted in any class after that time. please see more rules and details in the fair book.
Competition Entry
9:00am: Judging begins in Exhibit Building 12 Noon: Livestock Allowed in the Barns. No animals allowed until this time. 3:00 pm-7:00 pm: Commercial Booth Set-Up. 6:00pm: Sheep & Meat Goats in Place 6:00-8:00pm: Sheep & Meats Goats Weigh-In & Entry 9:00: (Exhibitors Must Vacate by 9:15 pm)
Poultry Check-In
ONLINE ENTRY DEADLINE: AUGUST 29, 2025 All Poultry Check - In Thursday —1:00-8pm and Friday—9:00 a.m.—2pm ALL POULTRY MUST BE CHECKED IN BY 2PM ON SEPTEMBER 12TH. SHOW WILL START AT 9AM ON SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 13TH. Poultry Release: Sunday, 9:00 a.m - out of cages by 11AM
