Working in collaboration with the Rogers County Fair Board, the Rogers County Premium Auction Committee (RCPAC) organizes the premium sale honoring the hard work of top livestock exhibitors.  We find ourselves amazed each year at the caliber of youth from the Rogers County 4-H and FFA programs who exhibit at the Rogers County Fair. The premium auction supports up to 89 with funds given to students as a premium for excellence. 

Each exhibitor who qualifies will have a single auction slot. Please note this is not a terminal sale. Individuals wishing to support students through auction bids can do so beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, September 15 at the live event only. If you wish to contribute through add-on donations either in generic amounts to all students, or in specific amounts to specific students, you are able to do so on-site at the auction on Monday, September 15, 2025 or will be available online at a link that will be live from Monday, September 15 - Sunday, October 5, 2025.

If you prefer to mail in your contribution via check, please notate each desired donation amount on the student(s) sale line utilizing a printed sale list. The final sale list for 2025 will available at this link as of Monday, September 15, 2025. Mail the marked list and payment to: Rogers County Premium Auction Committee, P.O. Meet the Students - 5 p.m.

Meet the students offers you the opportunity to visit with the 89 premium sale qualifying exhibitors as they showcase their animals. This allows the student an opportunity to present and share their knowledge, hard work and success.   We hope you’ll take a moment to walk through the display area and visit with these outstanding 4-H and FFA exhibitors.

Scholarship & Award Presentation - 6:00 p.m.

Rogers County Premium Auction Committee is proud to partner with Rogers State University, in furthering student education after high school. The Champion Senior Showman for species including beef, dairy, sheep, goat, swine, and horse each receive a $1,000 tuition waiver offer to become a Rogers State University Hillcat! Thank you to our generous partners for its investment in Rogers County's future.

LIVE Premium Auction - 6:30 p.m.

Taking place at the Claremore Expo, the live premium auction is a fast-paced nonterminal sale. The winning bidder for each animal will be announced with special recognition. You will find seating, as well as a standing and visiting area for buyers and bidder within the expo. 

If you wish to contribute via add-on contributions of any amount to any exhibitor, outside of the winning auction bid, you can do so on-site at the event or online here.
